Major achievements in recent years (3 years):


Renovation of Academic and Administrative Buildings, Repair and Renovation of ICT Lab, Increasing the number of Computers in ICT Lab, 02 (Two) Class Rooms for Students, Re-construction of Old Tinshed, Re-construction and Repair of Boundary Wall, Electrical, Welding Repair and renovation work of workshops, provision of a common room for teachers, provision of separate toilets for students and women teachers and staff, arrangement of books and adequate reading space in the institution's library, provision of safe water for students, construction of Shaheed Minar, 36 pairs of seat benches and High Bench & 3 Tables & 3 Chairs & CBT&A approval & evaluation process. Provision of rooms and toilets for guests.




Issues and Challenges:


   The following reforms are required for the development of technical and vocational education: Strengthening industry linkages, setting up RTO centers and RPL assessment centers. Improving the quality of education and training to acquire skills suitable for the fourth industrial revolution in building a smart Bangladesh. Enhancing Public Private Partnership (PPP) activities. Adapting to changing technologies. Projection of Skilled Manpower Demand in the Changing Labor Market in Technical and Vocational Education: To know the exact information of how many and what level of skilled manpower is required in the international labor market. Develop integrated and flexible recruitment and training systems to meet these needs. Quality assurance of education and training institutions. Evaluating the skills of skilled workers returning from abroad and taking training measures.
